- As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from start to finish.
- Provide a warm welcome that builds trust and confidence from the moment the customer arrives.
- Answer calls and messages with professionalism and clarity.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates based on technician recommendations.
- Help customers understand and prioritize maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate scheduling, parts sourcing, and technician workflow.
- Ensure quality control and a seamless process from drop-off to pick-up.
We utilize advanced digital inspection tools that provide customers with photos, videos, and clear explanations of their vehicle’s needs. Your role is to guide them through the process with honesty and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, team-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
