About First Landing Auto Care
First Landing Auto Care is an independent family-owned auto repair shop in Virginia Beach. We have been in business for over twenty years and have three locations in the northern part of the city. We work on all makes, and specialize in hybrid/electric vehicles.
Our Values
We stand on honesty and integrity. Every car gets a digital vehicle inspection so the driver can see what is good or bad with their vehicle. As you may read in our reviews, this level of transparency brings customers back and prompts them to recommend friends.
Our Team
Many of our team members have been with us for 10 plus years. They are a part of our family. We believe in creating an environment where everyone wants to come to work and take pride in everything they do.
Our Culture
We want First Landing Auto Care to be a great place to work. This creates a strong culture that is passed on to our customers through stellar customer service. We work hard, but we play hard too. Every Friday is "Gourment Lunch Friday". We have lunch catered in for our entire team, no pizza allowed. We have ongoing events throughout the year, like Mardi Gras parties and Christmas in July. Our annual Holiday Party is always one for the books. We are closed on the weekends and many holidays. We get creative so we can extend our Thanksgiving and Christmas break so our entire team can have more time with their families. Our shops are even air-conditioned.
